  • I lived in this apartment for 1 year and 9 months. The unit was/is somewhat dated with older appliances. The common spaces were fairly well maintained, and they were fairly quick to respond to service requests. When having guests over it can be very difficult to find parking as there are very few unassigned uncovered spots. I have no major complaints except for the fact they will nickel and dime you for EVERY little thing when you move out. Don't expect to get your deposit back.
