Scheduled an estimate & then the estimator called (45 minutes before scheduled appointment) to say he'd be "at least" 30 minutes late! That would've been OK, except for the patronizing attitude from him and the fact that he didn't feel that my time is as valuable as the next customer's. Called the office & spoke with a robot who says" I'll pass your complaint along". Really? NO "Sorry", NO "How can we fix this?" No reply to my email either. Good start Whiting Iron!
SO glad I then checked Yelp & now see the crappy reviews. Feel I "dodged a bullet" here! If your workmanship is anything like your "customer service", I'm not sure how you actually stay in business. In contrast to your "business model", your main competitor showed up on time (even offered to come earlier), was professional, respectful, and gave me an immediate estimate. THEY got the (substantial) job!
