| - This place has terrible customer service. I've been here twice, once to lease a new Lexus and once for my first service, both visits were disastrous!
I saw an TV as over the holiday weekend to lease a new Lexus RX 350 for $425 a month. After some negotiating via email with their sales rep, we agreed on $525 after all the fun fees that that the dealer tacks on.
When I got to the dealership, I was handed to a junior sales rep that was probably doing his first sale. He brought the car over and we went for a test drive around the block. I kept telling him that the car felt sluggish compared to the Audi...but no response. He seemed unfamiliar with the product. When I go back to the lot, I took a closer look at the dashboard and it said that I was in ECO MODE the whole time! Seriously, the salesman should have know better than to do a test drive in that mode. - Strike 1
Regardless, I still liked the car and decided to get it anyway. That was when the fun waiting game started. Now, I already had a negotiated deal, so I wasn't even asking for any more or less that what had set up. But for some reason the "processing" took almost two hours. He went back and forth to the back office probably half a dozen times. I finally gave up and went to watch TV and told him to come get me when he's figured it out. I watched an entire first quarter of a football game before the finance guy finally got to me. - Strike 2
I was super irritated at this time. The finance guy said that we could go through the terms quickly so I can get out. Fine. He said that I could pay the drive off charge of $2k with a credit card. I then asked if I was able to make monthly payments afterwards with a credit card as well without additional fees. He said yes of course (this turned out not to be true). He also asked if I wanted to wait for copies of my sale documents. I said email would be better. I never received an email from him. - Strike 3
When I finally got to pick up the car, I noticed that there were some sort of black stains in the paint. I pointed it out to the salesman and he had to bring the new car back to get fixed.
---
I received an email to go in for my first service visit. I used their online system and booked my visit. A few day prior, I called in to ask how long it should take and if I would get a complimentary car (no). The lady said that there was no such reservation for me. I forward her my email confirmation from Lexus. She agreed that it was odd how I had a confirmation, but no such record on their systems. Nonetheless, she said come in and they will figure it out.
When I dropped the car off for service, the service guy asked if I wanted my car washed. I said yes. He called about one hour later and said my car was done. I returned 2.5 hours later than guess what, the car wasn't washed! When I asked him why, he told me that they were doing hand washes and just didn't get to me. Lucky me.
Tl;dr
Overall, I had a ton of service failures at this location from multiple people on multiple visits. It feels like a systemic issue. I would avoid this dealership if you can!
