  • Here are the things I liked about this place: the facial was good. Parking was easy. They had a Groupon that made this a REALLY good deal. Their front office staff were very friendly, even if they chit chatted about whatever they were looking at on the internet the entire time I was waiting (not their fault, the owners should have a common area where patrons get to hang out in robes away from the check-in) Here are the things I did NOT like about this place: it's not a spa so you wait in a normal waiting room with everyone else. There are only 5 places to sit, so the sixth person has to stand if they come in after all seats have filled up. The extractions HURT... I was almost in tears-- I've had them before, but these were painful because she just scraped up my face. My esthetician was coughing, like that deep mucousy cough, during the massage and the facial. It was okay, not fantastic, and I don't know if I will return since it's so far from my house, but if you live in the area and it's not at all out of your way, then go for it!
