  • Worst bank ever they removed all the tellers and made it harder to do basic banking for businesses such as make a deposit. Instead of a teller they send you to an ATM that a person pops up on as if you were on skype. I could not understand the person that popped up. They messed up the deposit for my business at which point I requested all the checks back and had to another location that actually had people. Go figure BANK OF AMERICA would outsource and take jobs away from Americans. This is horrible and big corporations like this should be penalized for out sourcing. The people who suffer are the businesses that have to us them and the people who need jobs in our country.
