  • I'm sure this place gives excellent service in car sales at low rates, but the service I got here recently at the Parts and Service shop was just utterly terrible and an experience I will never forget. I have lost my trust and respect for this dealership. I have never bought a car here, but I do own a Mercedes suv, and I come here to buy oil and steering fluid every other month. I have never had a problem with what I've bought, but this past week was just so unacceptable. I bought power steering fluid here, thinking it was sealed but apparently wasn't. When I got home to fill up my reservoir, all I saw was this thick milky and coagulated substance,......obviously nothing like regular steering fluid. The worker did not even bother to check if the bottle was sealed or not when I bought it. The crappy fluid clogged up my hose and ended up making my car harder to drive. There was no way I was going to let this go, nor let my car go. So I brought the fluid back to the shop, and I explained the situation. Here's the worst part!!!.... : None of the workers could help me, so I brought it up with the service manager Curtis. He was one of the most inconsiderate people I've ever had to deal with. He simply said "I don't believe you got this from us." He did not bother to inspect the bottle, review cameras, receipts, nada! He just didn't want to take the blame, and it was uncalled for. I got no refund, no replacement bottle, nor a sorry. Instead I got blamed for being a liar, something as childish as that can actually happen. I'm sure buying cars would seem fine, but I advise you to never buy your service parts here. They don't believe in you!
