The customer service is great if you are paired with a passionate sales rep.
My first time visiting, I happened to be late for an event and knew I had to leave with something to wear.
I am conflicted because I really appreciate being able to purchase brands Madeline's carries as I generally have to buy them online but I sincerely didn't have a very good experience.
I purchased a $700 gown and was told they do not hem their product complimentary. The mere $15 was not a deterrent, the vanishing customer service was.
So, I reluctantly took the dress and paid for the hem. They barely said goodbye when I left, the atmosphere totally changed, and I now felt like a dollar sign. A customer experience ends at the curb, not at the cash register. Had I felt valued and respected, I would have been happy to shop with them again.
Sadly, I have not been back and continue to purchase the same brands online.
