I brought my Dodge truck in to get an oil & filter change. I arrived at 6:50am and was the first vehicle in line as they open at 7:00. Two hours later I see them bring my truck up to the front and give the keys to one of the service managers. After 10 minutes of nothing, I finally went up and asked them if I could get me truck because I was late for another appointment. After 5 more minutes the paperwork was done. I asked the service person if it was normal for it to takeover 2 hours to get my oil changed when I was the first person in line. He said that one of the oil change people had quit last week. Even if that were true it wouldn't have affected me because I was the first one in line. The previous time I had my oil changed by Chapman it took 1:45 minutes. I just thought they were having a bad day but this is two times in a row that their "Express Lube" took 2 hours. Chapman Dodge service department needs help because the service is really poor. After reading other reviews about the service department I may need to find a different Dodge dealer to service my vehicle. Someone please step in and help this sad service department out.
