I am a former employee of Ulta and a former Prestige Manager at that and when I say this store doesn't exemplify at all what Ulta's customer service policy is. They are all EXTREMELY rude. I even suggested to a coworker to go shop and she immediately stated she "wouldn't shop here if you paid me" and that's due to how rude they are. They all mug you, don't try to help you nor do they seem as though they even enjoy their job. I called and asked an employee to please check my
Account and let me know my email it was sent to and she told me "you can call customer service for that". And it was just so very rude because as an Ulta employee or any employee in customer
Service you want to make it easier on the customer . If the customer already called your store you shouldn't make them call customer service that's longer waiting and doesn't make them feel appreciated. Very very very disappointed in how rudely
