  • I have been a customer for 10 years. I have Never had a problem with this location until the past few months. They usually charge me $54 for an oil change. The next time my girlfriend Took my truck in for an oil change and they charged her $80. I then called them and asked why the price jump and they said that they have increased their prices. So the next time I took my truck in which was last week they charged me $54. hmm weird. They then continued to tell me that I needed new rotors, brake pads and hardware and it was going cost me $1000. They said they had warned me that my brakes were going bad. I went back and looked at all the records from inspection reports and nothing was ever said or discussed about the brakes. I then took it for another opinion because I thought it was odd that all of a sudden out of nowhere all of the brakes and rotors were bad. The new company that I took it to told me I still had over half the life on the front rotors. The back left was metal to metal and the other rotors in the back can be machined and used again. All I needed was a new brake pads and one rotor machine on the back which in total costed less than $300. BEWARE of Brake Masters! The past few months they have have been DISHONEST and the customer service has been awful! Never will I step foot in the company again!
