rev:text	MiBogus. Shark tank is safer then here. The retainer agreement might not be what you want. I found clauses to pay for airplane fuel for the private plane of Richard Harris and firm as a case cost. They have no money for client at all and no money for or transportation to the Doctors office for Seniors and will not to visit to the home. The retainer agreement sent me mentioned a one thousand dollars an hour for attorney and staff fee if you have to go elsewhere, and you very well might have to. The Retainer agreement has very scandalous language about how Richard Harris Law Firm can get a private Loan Expense and loan from a financial institution and case cost they want me to pay for but also they have a big separate paragraph that I am highly discouraged from getting a loan and they can count the loan if client does as my entire settlement. This begs the question and raises the possibility of financial fraud by them if they get a private loan on your case under the retainer agreement and then settle the case paying client nothing as they fly off in private airplane. Are they going to do loan expense and case cost for plane fuel to the clients from October 2017 tragedy and Vegas strong movement, and is this potential and behavior what the other yelp blogger meant about a new low? A call was made last Friday asking Richard Harris Law Firm respond to the Vegas Strong issue Yelp report and on Monday they didn't call back. They even put the airplane on the cover of their 2018 magazine. An airplane might be needed for rural clients on a ranch. At first they sent me over to Dr. Muir a good physician. But then they declined to follow up the doctors medical plan and declined his plan and medical providers. An emergency developed by a Saturday and the attorney promised he would find Surgeon and call back Monday. That was weeks ago and he never called back. They contacted me a lot and sent over paperwork that apparently is more bogus then Bill and Ted's Bogus Adventure film and a very real potential for elder financial abuse. I am concerned of Richard Harris Law Firm by yelp and other reports that Case mismanagement and client abandonment as acts be of possible attorney misconduct might be a serious problem. I have learned that a new legal problem is of law firms intentionally seeking personal injury cases they secretly have no intention of fully representing but just building a false bill on and forcing the client to find another attorney to settle the case and demanding part of the settlement from it for an underpaid legal assistant time they overbill for. These legal assistants and case manager might have no college degrees at all and be underpaid. It used to be lawyer hourly fee, paralegal (certified with bachelor's) paid at fifty percent of lawyers fee rate, and legal secretary at twenty five percent if attorney hourly fee. In personal injury cases it seems now some firms want a settlement check not wanting to pay filing fees and courts costs all case actions by legal assistant using law firms name looking with a demand letter for a near magical check to be mailed out. Medical care for the client might not be a concern. Thalia Mendoza a case manager at Richard Harris Law Firm might be such a possible victim, and I wonder if she ever got paid equal pay for equal work, or even 1000.00 per hour? #metoo. Women also deserve respect and good salary. There are many law firms and while I do thank them for referral to Dr Muir, the follow up was not there so I do not recommend them at this time. The physician care is most important in an injury case and they did not follow the doctors medical plan and even return their request in a timely fashion or my calls.
