  • My dryer duct was clogged so I gave em a call on a Tuesday. At first, they couldn't come out until the following Monday, but when I told them I didn't want to use it until the duct was clear, they managed to fit me in on Thursday. They called in advance to say they were on the way. Steven and David were respectful, professional and didn't mind my questions. They finished within an hour and cleaned up after themselves.
