rev:text	I moved to Las Vegas in June 2014 and needed an orthopedic doctor. I first met DR. YE ~~ don't bother. He made "appearances " in the room to bill. Couldn't be so bothered as to hear what was going on, and always sent someone else in to put shots in my knee. Guess that was too much of a bother for him. And that front desk, I was in a car accident 38 yrs ago with many doctors appointments. I've never experienced these hot messes. They all need to go. Every last one of them. Whoever manages that front desk, well let's say, if the heads not right, what do you expect from the feet? However, on an EXTREMELY GOOD NOTE~ I NEVER EXPERIENCED A "MRS. TAKIMA" and "DR. MATTHEW H. C. OTTEN" ~~ you have to ask him what the H. C. stands for lol. MRS. TAKIMA ~ knows everything. She can help you with ANYTHING. She's friendly, caring, compassionate, thoughtful, prompt with responding to any questions or concerns, takes care of all your paperwork in a timely manner and she's funny! There is NOTHING, NOTHING that MRS. TAKIMA can't do. And DR. OTTEN, OHMYGOODNESS. Where do I even start. He's supported me through a hip replacement surgery that I went back home to Pittsburgh to have with the orthopedic doctor that's worked on for years. February 24, 2017. Needless to say, it's been a mess. Dr. OTTEN has kept my sanity. I've cried, yelled been depressed and Dr. OTTEN holds me together. He IS going to get me walking! He's too funny, NEVER EVER has a bad day, NEVER EVER RUSHES you, LISTENS to everything you have to say, DOESNT talk to you like your a dummy, explains everything in detail, VERY CARING AND COMPASSIONATE, did surgery and HE CALLED TWICE to make sure I was okay and left his personal cell in case I needed him. He speaks highly of his wife and loves her and his children. He's straight forward and honest. I can't say enough about him. If he leaves Vegas, he BETTER take MRS. TAKIMA, and I'm moving too. Thank you MRS. TAKIMA AND DR. OTTEN for ALL YOU DO!
