Lemme just say I am done using Ashley's furniture after this mess! My boyfriend and I just moved to Arizona so we had to furnish our entire apartment. Dave the sales rep was amazing! So nice helped out a lot and helped us get a great deal. If our experience was only with Dave it would have been a sure 5 stars but of course that's not what happened. 2 days before our furniture was going to be delivered I was called and informed that our nightstand for the master bedroom would not be available with our delivery and they told me they weren't sure when it would be available...oh great. So fine deliver the rest. The guys who delivered our furniture were also very nice! We tipped them well and we were pleasantly surprised that all 4 of our kitchen stools were there instead of just the three we were told it was going to be. Well my boyfriend called to see about the dresser and they said they didn't really know when they could deliver it so he asked if he could just go pick it up from the warehouse and he was told no and he should just pick the first date they told him was available and that he could change it should he be scheduled for work. Lies! I called to get the delivery date changed to work with our work schedule and I was told I could not change it only cancel it and then go back to the store repay the delivery and set up a new date. Why would I repay the delivery fee when it wasn't my fault the nightstand wasnt on the first delivery. Finally someone told us we could go to the warehouse to pick up the nightstand which is where my boyfriend is. Unfortunately they don't know what they did with our nightstand and they also have another kitchen stool for us even though we told them three times that we had all four! Not impressed Ashley's...not impressed at all!!!
