| - The owner, Stacey Kaptain, had stopped emailing me promos of her business as I was a loyal customer to them then when I went up to her business one day assuming they were open before Thanksgiving, they were closed after 330 pm on. I noticed a chalk board laying on the floor next to the desk stating Fridays, 1-4 facial special. I usually get my facial from Lane but months ago it was $30 for half hour, then later it increased to $45 for half hour. I emailed them 'cc' Consumers Affairs to make sure I get responded on this, asking why I wasn't notified of it and she said saw me 'cc' to Consumer Affairs and I told her as I was upset with her unintelligent responses how she handled this as an owner that she assumed I wrote to Consumers and I did NOT. I said I couldn't even find the review on her business there. She yet never came back to say I wrote on such and such date to Consumers. So now she said after my emails to her that it be better I go to another salon that will suit me. That's shame she's been rated '5's, which I would have, but I realized I wasn't getting their promo emails then that's when I realized going that day they were closed and I emailed her about this that you think this is how an owner should handled such issue? I wouldn't even select her to be an owner if she can't seem to handle it more maturely and rightfully, then just one a petty type emails to me stating I 'cc'd to Consumers and decided I shouldn't go back to her salon. Really?? You don't know who you are dealing with there then after my weird experience from her, Stacey, I don't know how she became an owner.
