This festival just keeps getting better each year.
I like South End Hops because it's not insanely big, and yet still packs a ton of breweries into the space. I loved the Blue Blaze set up this year featuring the nice area of benches.
Papi Queso, Tin Kitchen, and King of Pops were among some of the food trucks this year. Shout out to Papi Queso and their smoky buffalo chicken. The homemade giardiniera on it was fantastic. Personally, I think everyone should eat before coming to a beer festival. Why waste the valuable drinking hours? However, I still always get Papi every time.
Two of my favorite bevvies I sampled- Lenny Boy's Lavenderade Kombucha and D9's Brown Sugar Brown Cow.
I thought the apartment complexes on hand did a much better job this year with engaging marketing booths. Ascent even brought in massage therapists for mini sessions. It was pretty fab.
Congrats to Shawn and the entire 3rd Rock Events crew on another successful festival. Already looking forward to South End Wine Fest in the Fall.
