  • So everybody seems to love this place. I don't get it. The food is meh. The service is terrible. Went with a friend for lunch and drinks and got an underdressed Caesar salad with overcooked salmon. The waiter let us know that serving two women was beneath him in that "I'd rather be elsewhere" way. Why, why why, (with the exception of the amazing Monty's) can't food fight provide decent service? As a proud former waitron, I'm constantly appalled by the non-Monty's servers. And, yeah, the food is Meh. I mean, it's cool to eat on the square. I work there. I like it. But there are SO many better places!
