  • Kelly's cocktails are solid. Small, but strong. Their food not so much. Had to send back the fish tacos as they were overcooked, as in they came out looking black. My replacement looked marginally better. The day before I had an awesome Caiprinha and so-so pot stickers. The verdict: Kelly's will simply be the spot for getting a good cocktail, nothing more.
