On April 22 we purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy. We were told it would be delivered free of charge April 26. It was not; the driver called on the 26th to say there was something wrong with theo original truck, and it was on his truck instead, and he didn't have time to get it to me when promised that day. It was several days before Best Buy said they could track where the machine was to reschedule delivery. The rescheduled date was for a week later, an inconvenience, but we were given no other option. The machine was NOT delivered on May 2, either. No one knew why. Best Buy cannot communicate with the third party delivery company except by email. So I called the third party delivery myself (they're based in Texas!), and was given a new delivery date of May 9. The machine was never delivered. We canceled the order that evening in exasperation and ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot. It was delivered in four days as promised. I made numerous calls to Best Buy to ask their assistance to no avail. I am taking time to write this to warn consumers, buyer beware at Best Buy.
