  • We came with a large group to have our kids play in the playground and with laser tag. With 10 people in a group, a full facility and lots to do, it is hard to gather everyone together. In order to sign up for a laser tag game, you need every single person present and standing in a 5-10 minute line....instead of allowing 1 or 2 people to wait and sign the group up. With 5 children under the age of 8, standing in a 5-10 minute line 4 or 5 times to simply put our names in is uncalled for and frankly not doable. I will be leaving this review on as many review sites as possible because really, it was a waste of our time and money. Not to mention, there was at least an hours wait in between laser tag games because they were full....this coupled with their policy, made for a very Unenjoyable time for all involved.
