I spent nearly 600 at this Salon on clip In extensions, root touch up and 10 minutes of makeup touch up. (face powder, lipstick)
Long story short. False advertising. I was charged over 300 dollars to have my ROOTS done. First time getting my roots done at this salon and they charge by the hour. Yet they didn't advertise that online. The pamphlets inside the salon mention the hourly rate and I wasn't informed. Ridiculous. I'll be nice and won't comment on the service. After giving this salon my business for about two years ( blow outs) I won't be returning. The way the owner handled the situation was disgraceful. It's always dead and 95 percent of the clients are tourist. That should speak volumes. I could say a lot more and post photos but I don't feel like wasting anymore time or energy. If you need a dry bar that provides amazing customer service I'd recommend the Dry Bar inside Planet Hollywood.
