rev:text	You know how they say if you have haters talking about you, you must be doing something right? That's NOT the case here! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Forced to use this vendor due to our home warranty company. Didn't fix my AC. Still blowing hot air after they left and was told to wait a few min and it would get cold. Well it never did, when i for home it was still hot as F*** in the house. Their RUDE dispatch gal didn't want to send someone back out ASAP, wanted to make us wait until the next afternoon with a FIVE hour time window. Ill be honest I told the B that they were F'ing ridiculous and she hung up on me. What do you expect, you come out here and I pay you money to do something and I don't get services rendered, of course I'm going to be upset! I called another company that I found here on Yelp, they had someone out to me within an hour and my AC was fixed and blowing COLD air! The other company immediately identified the problem which is something that this place never even checked!!! You know as much as this place pissed me off, I guess they can have my 1 star for a supposed supervisor who called the following day and bravely took an earful from my bf about what happened and then apologized for everything AND even recognized that the girl in the office we talked to was horrible as she always gets complaints. I'm severely disappointed that our home warranty company contacts such a horrible vendor. But there's prob nothing that can be done about that, just they way it is.
