I've always wanted to go to Graze. I've heard from friends how the ingredients come from local sources and how good the food was. They were right.
First impressions walking in was how bright the restaurant was. On a sunny Monday afternoon, the restaurant was bathed in natural sunlight because of the floor to ceiling windows. It was a beautiful sight.
After ordering a refreshing mimosa, I decided to go with the noodle bowl. I am so happy that I made that choice. It was filled tasty items like noodles, bok choy, pork, and an egg. The slight spice gave the bowl a nice kick- even if I looked like I was fighting an internal battle against my stomach. At $10, I highly recommend the noodle bowl. It tasted just like a bowl of noodles I had in Thailand
Graze is a great restaurant on Capitol Square. I may not be able to go there every week, but it is definitely a place to be if you want to treat yourself to a nice meal.
