I've been to this pho spot a fee times for lunch and it never disappoints. It's usually busy, but the service is fast efficient and friendly. There are lots of community tables to sit at when you walk in. This makes for a kinda noisy restaurant but I certainly don't mind it at all. There are some smaller tables available as well. From the outside it's a strip mall but the decor inside is quite nice and not what you would expect!
The menu has a good selection of a variety of Pho, egg noodle and regional soups, vermicelli salads, entrees and appetizers. I've had the summer and autumn rolls with peanut sauce and they are fresh, crisp and delish every time. They are filled just right, not too much yet not to skimpy. The veggies and meats taste like they had just been put together, which is just as it should be. While I don't like too much peanut sauce, I do like it here as it's not too sticky and sweet. I've also tried the pho and it is great! While they are very flexible and offer a variety of ingredients for the pho it is the broth that really stands out. It's savory and well balanced, you can taste the beef and spices and it's wonderful. I love love the lingering star anise taste in every spoonful.
Know that you can pick up take out here and they package it very very well!
