  • This place can be summed up in two words: Awful Service. I had a coupon (from Frys I believe) and when I drove up to the wash, I was told about a promotion they had running and that I would be able to use the coupon with the promotion. Fair enough, I go up to the counter to pay and tell this to the lady and she just blows up on me on how I'm lying and trying to ripoff the business. Never before have I been treated so openly hostile by any customer service, but I keep my cool. I told her to bring in the guys from the front who told me this and once they confirmed it, she started arguing with them. Once she was set straight and processed the payment, she was still very visibly pissed and didn't say anything to me afterwards. As I walked towards Walmart, I saw this lady storm out and tell one of the workers something while pointing at my car. When I actually get my car back, half the things that I wanted done were not done and the basic stuff like vacuuming the car was done poorly. The trunk wasn't even vacuumed even when I told them too. Don't even waste one microsecond here, you'll end up having to go to another car wash like I did to fix the half baked job they did here. If I could give the score I wanted on Yelp, this place would have negative stars.
