rev:text	Their "Patient Concierge" (medical assistants) don't show they have the qualifications to be doing the job they're supposed to be doing. The Women for Women's side of the clinic is unorganized, cluttered and the MA's are easily confused on which patient needs what. For example, the midwife and MA were standing at the doorway of the exam room while I was completely naked while the midwife was trying to explain the labs I needed. Then today, for a follow up, I had an appointment at 1:10. I called earlier that because of freeway closures I'd be about 15 minutes late. We got there and I gave the lady my information and she says to me they have to reschedule me because I'm more than 15 minutes late. I asked what time it was, she said 1:25. I said my appointment was at 1:10, that's not more than 15 minutes. She insisted it was and kept throwing other times at me. It irritated me that their office was completely empty and they couldn't accommodate? And I called ahead and the lady on the phone said it was fine and that she made notes on file. Needless to say, I denied a reschedule and I'll find a different OB for this baby. EDIT: My 2nd visit the doctor told me he was going to put in an order for me to be seen by a specialist because I was experiencing what felt like heart problems. Both him and the MA told me that the specialist's office would call me to schedule that appointment so that I could also get the first ultrasound. It turns out that order wasn't made or sent out therefor I was waiting over a week for a phone call that would never come. If it were something extremely urgent, it would never have been taken care of because again, this place is so unorganized!
