  • This place is near my house. I have really tried to like this place, as I have been 3 times. The first time I went, I had 3 different people switch off working on me- and I was just getting a manicure.! That's uncomfortable and weird- especially because they never looked at me in the face and just talked with each other. In the same visit I asked if they had formaldehyde/toxic free nail polish. It was a rushed yes! I know brands and ingredients, so I took a look at all the nail polish she handed me. All had warning labels clearly stated on the polish to not use while pregnant and as I read the list of ingredients it I fact did have formaldehyde. Uneducated? Lying? Either way, totally annoying. My biggest peeve and what prompted me to write a review was I tried this place 2 more times..hoping these were not the norm 3rd time I took my mom, we had a appointment, and waited a full hour!. I had to leave and go to work, so I never had a service. Poor mom was left there to wait. Disorganized-and lacking customer service. 3 strikes-
