  • I have lived here for 3+ years, the rent is affordable. The maintenance workers work hard & do their best to make sure issues are addressed. The service in the lease office is inconsistent at best - depending on who is working. Once I had an african american lady in the office, take my rent check while she was on her lunch to make sure I didn't wait long. Which was super appreciated & she can definitely teach others in the office what service looks like! Most other times, they do okay. But most recent 6/28/16 I had 2 hispanic ladies make eye contact with me, didn't even acknowledge I was there. One lady is trying to lease out apartments (which I understand completely), however the other lady just sat at her desk with her head down. Basic customer service that you learn at 15. Right? Children (4-8 years old) are always running around/in the parking lot unsupervised. Shouting profanities at each other. I've seen used surgical needles on the floor by the trash cans in the past. I have also had them request to revise my previous rating, & offered to give me a $50 "discount". Again, the rent is affordable, the location is central, & the service from the ladies in the office is tolerable - as long as you're not expecting to be "wowed".
