  • The services we received were lovely. The service at the spa was terrible. It's not relaxing - the day club music can be heard throughout the spa area. Not a great place to bring your mother, unless she likes dirty house music. Check in is a fiasco. Billing is confusing. I liked the available snacks, everyone else in my party thought they were "weird and gross". They forget about one person in our party completely and just left her sitting in the waiting area. Props to management for comping her services. I feel badly only offering 2 stars as truly my service providers will very skilled. But it wasn't a luxury spa experience - it was hardly a spring mountain road foot spa experience.
