  • My last experience in this store was very positive. Prior to, I had just an OK experience. The difference was not the selection of items but the staff at the registers. My previous experience had people at the counter that had personalities and demeanor equitable to being on a chain gang as opposed to a register line. This time however, everyone was super friendly. Everyone was helping customers get checked out and best of all, unlike the previous time, no one was having their own private conversation with one another which served to only slow down the efficiency of the work. I was going to write a negative review last time but it looks like managment recognized they had an issue and made appropriate staffing changes to handle the issues. Good job Marshalls. Not to mention that I love the fact that I can find everything I need but at a much lower price. Between this store and the Nordstrom Rack next door, I'm pretty much good to go.
