  • Very disappointed with my experience. Here's why: - went in to purchase bridal lace ribbon, one of the nice/pricier ones in the case. -the clerk was a bit stand-offish at first, but once I chatted him up he became more friendly and helpful. - asked for 1yard of the ribbon, as I needed to make a belt, but he suggested 1.5yards for a belt. I took his advice. -as he cut my 1.5yards of ribbon, I turned to browse other items.(big mistake) -got home (the states), admiring my lace (again), and noticed, hmmmm this actually looks a bit short. Took about my measuring tape and SURPRISE SURPRISE, he shorted me. I was only given 44.5". In case you're wondering, 1.5yards is 54". Thanks for nothing (be happy I'm not including your full name); I hope karma comes back to get you. Not a fun lesson to learn given it was pricey, but I'll be sure to confirm length/qty of my goods before leaving.
