  • Talk about hit and miss service. I pull in this morning, there are no cars waiting for any service and there are two customers in the waiting room. I stand and wait, about five minutes later, I'm told the wait is going to be over an hour. What the hell? There is nobody there! And there are no appointments taken! I don't get it.
