  • Let's face it. No one *likes* to call the HVAC company. For me, this was accompanied by a 90 degree house at 3 AM when my air conditioner went out. My home warranty company had tried to get me to go with another company that couldnt be out for 3 days... No thanks. I turned to the internet for help, and found Clarke AC which opens at 7 AM in the morning, so I was able to call them first thing. IN fact, I called them early and left a voicemail to which they responded quickly. I received a call from them at around 7:00 sharp, when they opened. They were out before 9 AM.. seriously. The technician found the problem instantly, and while he did recommend additional work, he did not pressure me to spend the extra money that could wait a little longer. Not the cheapest option, but in a pinch I would recommend.
