  • I've had a membership with this place since Jan of 2017 1st experience was at richmond hts location staff very rude!!so i never went back LITERALLY!! So mind you they still have been charging me i go to the new locationl at north randall with a friend and they tell me Richmond location put a stop on my card so i call them it was around 8:30pm and ask what the problem was the rmployee says i didn't have the money.... I say jow if they taking it out my account every month ? So i pull up the payment from my bank and show them he say yes he see them but there's nothing he can do meanwhile on the phone this guy with the smart disrespectful mouth. Tries to tell me no matter if im pulling up statements doest mean they recieved the money first off thats very embarrassing considering the fact that i knew for a fact they were charging me secondly they are very unprofessional to go back and forth with a customer!!! Can you imagine how i felt not being able to work out at a place thats charging me every month? Which is why im taking up suit with this place since the employee also told me to come see him and have my funds im so livid with this place so instead im filing the right way cus laws have been broken in many ways here.. This place talk about the no judging zone but i felt was treated otherwise so i do not recommend this place to anyone. Their service never change and the management do not care !!! Save your money and go elsewhere where they know how to treat customers!!
