Piper's Pub has become apart of my weekend routine. Almost every Sunday we go there for brunch. I'm not much of a creature of habit when it comes to ordering but I do love getting the Irish breakfast. The meal comes with bangers, mash, ham, eggs, tomatoes and a roll. It sounds like too much food and it is. However, it is delicious and I usually make way more of a dent in it than expected.
Another highlight would be the chicken, biscuits and sausage gravy. The chicken is fried perfectly and the biscuits are fluffy but dense. I would probably order it every time I go but I do like staying the weight of a normal human so I resist it as often as I can.
The service is also excellent! We have never had to wait too long for food and my coffee cup is never empty. I guess the only reasons why I wouldn't give Piper's 5 stars is because the beers are pretty pricey and Mark Madden is always there for brunch....I'm kidding about Madden...kind of. Other than that, pretty perfect!
