Let me start by saying my stylist Lindsey was really good. I went in for a shampoo and style and S=he was gentle, she also took her time and my hair looked exactly like I want it. 2 stars deducted for the store "manager" or cashier, not sure what her job is. I called a few days before going there and I was quoted 150$ to lift my tape in extension, when she saw me there and saw my car, her price went up to 250$, I was taken back by that. Then I was curious to say how much is it to put brand new hair and she said" it's 499 and up includes the 5 packs of hair".
When I went to the front and asked her for the quote in writing, all of a sudden her price for tape in hair extension charge were 999. I find that to be extremely shady and unethical, why quote different things and price it up as you go, it's not a dealership but it definitely felt like it.
The salon might have upgraded but stylists are fairly new, the price requested can be paid for a well known hair stylist with extensive portfolio and experience. I would go to Hottie Hair Salon for almost the same price.
I liked Lindsey very much, I think she's doing herself a disservice by working there or have someone else decides her work. I would advise her to build a clientele first before charging strip prices.
