  • We were bringing fur ball 1 and fur ball 2 to Copperfield Veterinary Hospital for about 2 years. There's nothing WRONG with this clinic, they just don't go above and beyond the call of duty. The Vet here doesn't have much for bedside manner, so to speak. It's kind of get you in, get you out, who cares what your animals' or your names are, thank you for the money. Do vets REALIZE how much their services cost? Why not shake our hands and say "Hello, thank you for choosing our clinic, who do we have here?" Another issue I've had with this clinic is the receptionists were different every time I came. I don't think I've ever seen the same receptionist twice. What does that say? No idea. Regardless, I wasn't a huge fan even BEFORE I found out how clients should be treated from another clinic. If you live in Copperfield and don't want to drive an extra 5-10 minutes to another clinic, by all means, but if you want you and your pets to be treated like gold, check out some others places. 7/30
