  • This was the absolute best experience I have ever had with an air conditioning company. They are now the only a/c company I will ever call again. I needed 2 new (complete) air conditioning units installed in my home. I had 3 companies visit my home to give me a quote for the work. 2 of the 3 companies submitted a quote that in my mind was an excessive amount of charges. One was almost double the amount they had estimated over the phone. I live in a nice upscale neighborhood (but am anything but rich!) and I believe the area played a part in the final price I was quoted by the other 2 companies. Will from Penguin Air gave me a rough estimate via phone, and when he came out to do the site visit and written estimate, nothing changed and he gave me a very fair price. All installation items were included on his comparable to the other 2 companies, only his price was honest and he was very professional. We scheduled the work to be done, Rob and his assistant came to do the work, they were wonderful. Professional and didn't mess around, they got the work done and cleaned up behind themselves too! I had an issue with my home office being the hottest room in the house, and where I spent most of my day. Mid afternoons were killer for me, they evaluated the problem, came up with a solution to install an additional air vent in that room. It solved the problem, my office now even gets on the chilly side sometimes!
