  • At a chain as Babies R Us one should be able to expect a premium experience which is definitely not the case. When you need assistance there's no one available. The last time we needed to wait almost an hour to be attended and don't know why we even went back... Poor service where people don't seem to enjoy their work. Registry is a joke since one needs to wait 10 min to be processed prior to getting in the line for payment... I will definitely not go back... Good thing.... Buy buy baby is at the same shopping area.
