I discovered North Movement Studio when a healthcare professional suggested it for postpartum fitness. After trying more than 5+ different post natal fitness classes across the city, this is the one I would most highly recommend.
Anna's mom and baby class has become a highlight of my week! She understands how to safely train and heal after pregnancy and yet still gives me an excellent workout every class. She creates a fun and welcoming environment in her beautiful studio.
Now that my kiddo is on the move, I found that most mom/baby classes became impossible - but not this one!
I have started to attend the general Pilates classes at North Movement as well - the calibre of instruction here will not let you down.
