What do dentists, proctologists, and cell phone companies all have in common? Yes, that's correct-no one wants to visit any of them.
Verizon is doing its best to change that. Since I'm "blessed" to have four phones (no I'm not bitter) on my plan, upgrading at least one of them a year requires a trip to this Verizon location. Each visit has been professional with the expected but not overly pushy amount of upselling one expects when going to these stores.
There is a certain IT component I've come to expect during this process and Verizon does a terrific job of training to make sure each Rep is fully able to transfer contacts, pictures, videos, apps to your new phone. They do it cheerfully and without giving you the sense they would rather be chasing the next customer/commission. Honestly they may work without commission given how chill they are.
The P got the new IPhone 7, fair price, cool phone, and the ability to save an extra 25% on a case since we purchased a new phone. We passed on the case as I think you can get better deals on Amazon but it's still a good deal for some customers. Verizon is clearly the cell phone leader and they put space between them and their nearest competitor every time I do business with them.
