  • I was told it would be a 30 minute wait for a pedicure. An hour and 20 minutes later, I left WITHOUT A PEDICURE! Pissed is an understatement. Had I been told an accurate time for the wait, I could have gone to another salon. Instead, my time was wasted, and no one in the business seemed to care that I sat there for so long without being serviced. Since I hadn't been acknowledged since I walked in, they received the same when I walked out to catch my Lyft... nothing.
