  • After writing the first review, the manager called and apologized to my Mother. I think it's pretty awesome that the manager took the time to call and apologize. I still don't think we'll be back to Baierl anytime soon (because how often do you buy a new car?), but the next time I need a new ride it won't be completely crossed of the list.
