  • I've used both the plumbing and HVAC division of this company for several of my properties and let me tell you, they sure stand apart from their competition! When I had them do a tune-up of a 23-year old AC system, there was absolutely no up-selling or over-diagnosing! Other companies like Ace Air probably would have lied about me needing a new system just by virtue of its age. For my primary residence, I had a new bathtub installed. Tim came out for the estimate and he subsequently did the install after I decided to select his bid a couple months later (yes I'm thrifty and get multiple bids on these sort of projects). He did such a fabulous job and the end cost was exactly what his estimate was. Again, like the HVAC division, there was absolutely no up-selling or extra BS charges. This company will definitely be getting a call next time any of my properties need HVAC or plumbing work!
