  • Stephan at American Airlines skycap was super. The system was charging us for baggage, which it should not do, as we are Advantage card holders. Stephan fixed it. Late departure after we were boarded and we're told that the air conditioning system was down and it was being fixed and we would not leave for another half hour. The resulting late take off almost caused us to miss our connection in Philadelphia. Lots of confusion because of the extensive amount of construction, it was difficult to maneuver through the terminal. It was difficult to find a way to the terminal from the rental car drop off point. Tip: when you leave the rental car area, cross the street, go to your far right, make a left through an empty container, such as used on container ships, which is now being used as a pedestrian thoroughfare. Then stay to the right until you see an escalator going up, and that escalator will take you to the terminal proper. Because the first escalator you see is a down only escalator leading into the baggage area.
