  • I am writing this review for dim sum, not for holding banquet or event. We have heard good things about this place, so we came to try this out. The food was only acceptable but below average for most dim sum items. They are of standard dim sum as well which lack creativity and originality. Therefore I suspect the dim sum probably outsourced somewhere else and cooked here. What I have most trouble with is the service. Being at a banquet hall I would expect better service. However, the waiting staffs demonstrated poor attitude to customers. And the biggest issue is that they are very inattentive. Primary reason is that 90% of their staffs stand near the service station on the left of the entrance, while only one to none waiting staffs serving the other side of the hall. If you are seated on the left hand side, lucky you cause you will get served. If you are seated on the right hand side, you will give a poor rating like I do. This is the first time I realize how important the floor plan of a restaurant is. This place is designed for banquet, not for dim sum lunch.
