For me, this is just a 3. The staff are super nice and the vibe is chill so I love that, and it's nice to have some brunch options in the area take the pressure off Vieux Velo, and the food is generally quite ok. I came with my fam once and everyone really enjoyed their Benedict's and crêpes with delicious date butter. But the next time I went back my date and I found everything super greasy, plates overloaded without any clear flavours, and stomach aches afterwards from the heavy greasy fare. I definitely think you're experience may vary depending on what you order, but personally I haven't felt tempted to return.
