I had a watch battery changed in my G-Shock watch. The guy changing it stripped one of screws out that held the back on. Then while changing the battery he forgot to put a piece back in the watch and I had to point it out so he would put it back in. Then once the battery was in he handed me the watch and said you will need to set it now. Fortunately there is a YouTube video on how to do it. So I set my time only to find out that the hands will no longer match the set digital time. I call back to the shop only to be told "I can try and get the time to set, but you will most likely need to take it to a watch repair shop"??? Are you kidding me, if you cant do the job properly, why do you offer it as a service. I would not trust the shop to work on anything electronic!! They are NOT qualified
On a good note, the 2 guys working were nice and helpful with the light bulbs I purchased, but that was the only thing they had going for them.
I will not go back, sad thing is that I bought a battery swap for life, I guess it was $16 for a lesson learned and not the battery swap.
