Third time was not the charm unfortunately. It was 2 pm on a Sunday; not very crowded. Ordered at the register with a 20% tip. Waited a very long time for server to bring ice teas. Mine spilled as I slid it across the uneven edges of the two tables butted together. I had to get up in search of napkins. The drinks arrived just before the food. Not good timing for thirsty customers. The unfried Buffalo chicken strips were lukewarm, and they forgot my order of garlic Parmesan potato fries. When those finally arrived, they were room temperature and bathed in puddling oil. Maybe the manager or cook had the day off. This place will have to live up to its self-proclaimed excellence by providing more consistent food and service.
