  • I received a letter that my Lexus is a recall because of the airbag on the passenger site. I called the service and they arranged a loaner until the replacement bag will be available. They were very accommodating, in spite I did not purchase my vehicle at their place. I was very impressed of their understanding and exceptional reception. Their coffee at the waiting room is stunning. My next car is Lexus again.
